GUIDELINES TO PARENTS

  • Make sure your child bathes before coming to school.
  • Your child should always be in the correct, complete school uniform.
  • Maintain personal hygiene: trimmed nails, clean washed hair, and a neat appearance.
  • Girls should tie their hair neatly and avoid fancy clips.
  • Boys should keep their hair short, without spikes.
  • Ensure your child gets eight hours of sleep to stay fresh and healthy.
  • Provide a balanced, nutritious diet that includes milk and other sources of protein.
  • Please make sure your child always drinks boiled or filtered water.
  • Send your child to school with drinking water from home.
  • Encourage healthy eating by packing only nutritious food.
  • Do not let your child buy food from roadside vendors.
  • Take your child for an annual dental and eye check-up.
  • Reinforce these guidelines with your child at home.
  • If your child is unwell, please keep them at home and do not send them to school.
  • In case of contagious illnesses such as chickenpox, measles, or mumps, please observe the recommended quarantine period.
  • If your child has a specific allergy, inform the class teacher and the concerned Vice Principal.
  • For chronic conditions such as asthma or heart disease, please notify the Principal in writing.
  • Fancy watches, and fancy or expensive jewellery, are not allowed at school.
  • Mobile phones, iPods, and similar digital devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated if found.
  • Any damage to school property or disrespect toward a teacher will not be tolerated.
  • Report any bullying or misconduct to a school official.
